Like many of his clients, Jim believes in challenging the status quo and thinking differently. Jim leads the only multimarket Occupier team in Ontario. His industry knowledge and experience in Occupier services is a valued resource for his clients.
Pat Jankowski

Pat is a graduate of the Ted Rogers School of Management and his core strength is financial analysis and simplifying financial statements and growth projections for his clients. Prior to being licensed as a realtor Pat was a leasing manager for a commercial property management company where he was responsible for tenant retention and lease renewal negotiations which has given him a unique perspective on the role and value of occupier services and the landlord perspective in real estate negotiations.
Tesha Persaud

Tesha is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in psychology and business with a certificate in data analytics which makes her ideally suited for her role in team administrative support. Tesha utilizes her research skills, knowledge of human behaviour and experience to help deliver fact-based advisory services.
