CHALLENGE
H2nano had a unique challenge in that they required a state-of-the-art laboratory to house their groundbreaking research. Because the availability of suitable laboratory space was extremely limited they decided to lease space and construct the lab space they required.
SOLUTION
The Lab Occupier team did a Needs Analysis that revealed 4,000 to 5,000 square feet of specialized laboratory space was required. To expedite the process, our team suggested locating in an unoccupied warehouse that had a compact office component which could be adapted to suit the company’s specific needs.
RESULTS
Space was leased that allowed H2nano to construct the facility they required which in turn enabled their team to transition out of the Velocity Incubator on a timely basis. The Lab Occupier process streamlined their real estate process and permitted H2nano to lease the space they needed at a market-leading price.
