It is important to have a well-designed and functional workspace that supports the needs of employees. This includes factors such as physical safety, ergonomics, air quality and access to equipment and resources. A good workplace strategy improves productivity, overall staff satisfaction and the bottom line but an excellent workplace strategy will make office space a recruiting tool to retain and attract the best staff.
