Senior Vice President | Sales Representative
Like many of his clients, Jim believes in challenging the status quo and thinking differently. He began his career in 1989 and was one of the first sales representatives in Canada to focus on Occupier Services. His industry knowledge and national market experience are valued resources for his clients.
Sales Representative
Pat is a graduate of the Ted Rogers School of Management and his core strength is financial analysis and simplifying financial statements and growth projections for his clients. Prior to being licensed as a realtor Pat was a leasing manager for a commercial property management company where he was responsible for tenant retention and lease renewal negotiations which has given him a unique perspective on the role and value of occupier services and the landlord perspective in real estate negotiations.
Sales Representative
John graduated from University of Toronto in 2023 with a double major in history and political science and promptly joined the Occupier team at Lennard Commercial Realty where he is employing his research and sales skills to assist the team on pursuits and sales development.
Business Liaison
Xenia earned her M.Sc. from the University of Toronto in 2024. With strong organizational and collaborative skills, Xenia assists the occupier team to provide tailored real estate solutions that address the evolving needs of businesses in dynamic environments.
